Event Registration and Cancellation Policy

All event registrations are considered binding. Catering, venue arrangements, & other accommodations are made based on the number of attendees, so accurate participation numbers are critical.

Cancellations made after specific dates are subject to the terms outlined on your invoice, to cover costs committed on your behalf. Please check your registration acceptance email for details.

Please note that while some events are complimentary for Members and Ambassadors, certain events may require an additional, discounted rate. Non-Members are always charged full event fees. Anyone with outstanding invoices will not be admitted to program activities, so please make sure your account is up-to-date before the event.
