From advice to advocacy

As ambassadors continue their journey to reshape leadership across the health and life science ecosystem, we invite ambassadors and other interested men to please join our upcoming Ambassador Workshop on June 24th.
This gathering is designed to move our network beyond symbolic support toward substantive industry impact by equipping you with the tools for active advocacy.

Agenda

• The Nordic Landscape: A review of the latest trends and the "Nordic White Paper" (April 2026) on the enablers and barriers to female leadership within life science.

• Strategic Roadmap 2026-2028: An overview of our Ambassador Strategic Plan, focusing on the five phases of transformation- Architecture, Community, Action, Monitoring Impact and Scaling.

• Advocacy in Practice: A deep dive into "Advocacy as a Skill"- moving from "talking to" women (mentoring) to "talking about" them in the power rooms where you hold influence.

• Theme Discussion  and Q&A: An open session for dialogue based on the feedback and specific challenges identified during our 1-on-1 Pulse Checks.

This event provides a peer-to-peer safe space to discuss the challenges of driving structural change and managing internal resistance effectively.

Our founder, Chelsea Ranger, will also join us to provide her unique perspective on the roadmap ahead.
