About Us

Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) is a network for professional exchange dedicated to empowering women in the Norwegian health & life science ecosystem. WiLD Norway’s mission is to foster equal opportunities for women across corporate, academic, and healthcare sectors, enabling women to realize their full potential in their respective fields and careers of choice.

WiLD Norway recognizes the legacy of the many women who raised their ceiling so that women today have a stronger floor on which to stand. WiLD Norway embraces the responsibility to elevate today’s ceiling for the benefit of future generations. Our vision is a world in which every woman's professional and personal contributions are valued as indispensable assets in every company, organization, and industry.

Membership Network

We're launching an inclusive membership network open to female Members and male Ambassadors to facilitate professional exchange and networking opportunities for all those passionate about driving gender- and diversity-oriented change in the industry.

Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is aimed at providing invaluable guidance and support to women navigating the growth stages of their professional journey by pairing those who wish to be mentored with female or male mentors.

We believe in equipping women with the skills and confidence to ascend to top leadership and board positions. Through tailored programs and resources, we're paving the way for women to excel and thrive in these roles.
