Director Ambassador Program (Volunteer Role)
Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) is growing our Ambassador Program — and we’re looking for a new volunteer Director to help us shape what comes next.
The Ambassador Program is up and running, with over 15% of our member base being male ambassadors. We’ve hosted 3 successful events and started to build a genuine space where men and women come together to understand, challenge, and change the gender dynamics shaping leadership in health and life sciences.
As Director of the Ambassador Program, you’ll join the WiLD Norway leadership team and work closely with the board member responsible for Mentorship & Ambassador Programs, the board member for Events & Curriculum, and not least, the Chair of Wild Norway. You’ll collaborate with our Sponsor & Partner team to connect with organizations and individuals who believe, like we do, that gender balance is not only a fairness issue but a public health and innovation issue that affects everyone - including men.
Together, you’ll strengthen and expand the program — increasing engagement, designing meaningful activities, and ensuring our Ambassadors have real opportunities to contribute and grow.
We’re looking for someone with leadership and strategy experience who’s motivated by creativity, purpose and impact. Men are especially encouraged to apply, as are women who want to help build a stronger foundation for allyship and shared responsibility in this work.
If this speaks to you, we’d love to hear from you. Email your CV and interest email to chelsea@wildnorway.org.
