Photographers and Videographers
(Volunteer Roles)

Want to be part of one of the most important conversations in Nordic life science this summer?

We’re looking for a videographer and a photographer to support WiLD Norway’s Summer Summit 2026.

This is a one-day volunteer opportunity to capture the energy, people, and moments of The Red Thread: Connecting What Isn’t Obvious.

📅 June 4, 2026
📍 Oslo Forskningsparken

The Summit brings together leaders, scientists, decision-makers, and change agents to explore the hidden patterns shaping women’s health, equity, and leadership.

You will be capturing more than an event. You will help us document conversations that aim to shift perspectives, inform decisions, and inspire action across the life science ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in event photography or videography

• Can work independently and capture both atmosphere and key moments

• Is excited about the mission and message behind WiLD Norway

These are volunteer roles for this event, but a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact, high-level gathering and expand your network.

Interested, or know someone who should be there behind the lens?

Executive Director
(Volunteer Role)

We’re hiring a Volunteer Executive Director – Wild Norway

Wild Norway is entering its next growth phase — and we are hiring a volunteer Executive Director to lead the organization’s day-to-day operations and growth.

About Wild Norway

Wild Norway is a volunteer-led nonprofit advancing women in health and life sciences, and addressing the leadership gap that drives today's women’s health gap. While women make up 60–90% of the Norwegian workforce across healthcare, academia, and life sciences, they hold only 13–21% of private leadership roles — an imbalance that directly impacts research, funding, and health outcomes.

We work across the Nordic region in close collaboration with:

  • Wild in Denmark (funded by Novo Foundation & Lundbeckfonden)

  • VILDA (Sweden)

  • Wild Finland

We are also co-developers and ambassadors of the Nordic Charter for Women’s Health 2040, and contribute to broader policy and systems change efforts across the Nordic region.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on volunteer Executive Director to lead Wild Norway’s operations, strengthen internal structures, and drive execution across the organization.

Working closely with the board, the ED will take full ownership of leading our team of volunteers and their activities — ensuring stability, progress, and momentum as we scale. A key priority of this role is helping position Wild Norway to secure sustainable funding and transition toward a model that enables remuneration for its team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of volunteers across several verticals of activity

  • Build and maintain operational systems and structure

  • Collaborate with the board on strategy and priorities

  • Oversee budgeting and resources together with Treasury

  • Support and drive efforts toward sustainable funding

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading teams, programs, or nonprofit organizations

  • Deep commitment to women’s health, leadership, and systems change

  • Hands-on operator who is also strategic and able to drive results in a volunteer-led environment

  • Strong communicator and collaborator across stakeholders

  • Fluent in Norwegian with good working knowledge of the Norwegian health, life sciences, and political ecosystems

  • Willing and able to make a sustained, reliable commitment to the role

Why Join

This is a high-impact leadership role in a growing organization working at the intersection of leadership, health, and policy.

You will build on an established foundation and reputation, collaborate across the Nordics, and play a key role in shaping how Norway addresses one of its most critical systemic gaps.
