In our series of professional development sessions, this first workshop in 2026 invites you to reflect on your professional strengths and experiences while gaining actionable insights on how to present and leverage your unique background. You'll engage in interactive sessions alongside peers, all under the guidance of seasoned professionals, fostering both learning and personal development.

Content Overview: We’ll explore effective strategies to equip you with fresh perspectives and tools for advancing your career.
Skills Development: Participants will develop and practice a concise, confident self-pitch tailored for executive and leadership contexts. The program covers the core elements of a strong, high-impact CV, with a clear focus on leadership and board-level profiles. You will discuss and sharing experience through engaging in interactive sessions with peers and seasoned professionals, ensuring learning and personal development.
Preparation: Bring a copy of your CV to the session and a personal notebook dedicated to the development sessions 2026
Our career development sessions are developed and facilitated by Suzanne Lie and Monica Strysse, both recruitment partners in professional executive search companies. In addition, Monica Strysse is a certified neuro-coach, and she has a background from commercial roles in life science. Suzanne has former experience from HR leadership roles within the life science industry and is trained in leadership coaching.
Fee: Non-Members: If accepted, a non-refundable fee of 750 NOK will apply. Members join at no cost as part of the membership.

Event & Cancelation Terms:
We prioritize spaces for the women in our community to receive training. Therefore, priority is given to Members. Ambassadors are welcome to apply, and confirmation of participation will be based on availability close to date.
Non-members: If accepted, a non-refundable participation fee of 750 NOK will apply.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made lastest 2 weeks before the event to avoid fees. Members or Ambassadors who do not attend without cancelling by the deadline will be charged a 750 NOK no-show fee.
Outstanding Invoices: Please note that anyone with outstanding invoices will not be admitted to program activities. Make sure your account is up-to-date before the event.
