As Nordic life science continues to evolve in a more complex, digital and globally competitive landscape, the leadership capabilities required for the future are also changing.
This pre-event to NLS Days brings together leaders from across the Nordic life science sector to explore how diverse leadership and responsible use of AI can strengthen innovation, decision-making and organisational resilience.
Event Details
The session will include insights from a Nordic white paper developed by VILDA, WiLD Denmark and WiLD Norway, perspectives on AI as both an opportunity and a challenge, and a panel discussion with senior voices from the sector. Participants will also take part in table discussions to translate the key themes into concrete takeaways for leadership in practice.
The event is jointly organised and hosted by VILDA, WiLD Denmark, and WiLD Norway.
