Energy, action, and community at its boldest

On June 3, we gathered at Barcode for the WiLD Norway Summer Summit: an afternoon of data-driven panels, authentic conversations, and true leadership in action. From Femtech founder Ida Tin’s powerful keynote to groundbreaking insights from leaders like Silje Mjæland and Anita Hegge, we explored the intersection of health, policy, and equity.

The Ambassador Workshop, led by Dr. Anthony Giannoumis and Bridget Price, created a space for honest and at times uncomfortable conversations among male leaders eager to take active roles in inclusion. At the same time, Future Female Founders, hosted by Innovestor, connected women in academia and entrepreneurship who are ready to lead Norway’s next wave of health innovation.

The energy in the room was undeniable. Across all sessions, we heard stories of connection, collaboration, and personal transformation. People found new peers, new ideas, and in more than one case, new purpose.

As one attendee shared, "You could feel the shift. Not just in what was said, but in who showed up and how they engaged."

This was more than just an event for us: It was a powerful reminder of what happens when brave voices come together to shape the future.
