After a successful first cohort, WiLD Norway is opening applications for the next edition of our Mentorship Program. Created for professionals across life sciences, the program connects mentors and mentees through a structured journey focused on growth, reflection, leadership, and meaningful connection.
Why Mentorship, Why Now
Mentorship is one of the most powerful tools for career development. Still, many professionals never get the opportunity to experience it.
The WiLD Norway Mentorship Program is here to change that. It is built to:
Support professionals at all career stages with guidance, reflection, and connection
Strengthen long-term ties within our member community
Create momentum for inclusive, values-based leadership
Encourage action, not just aspiration
How the Program Works
Program duration: October 2026 to May/June 2027
Commitment: Six one-on-one sessions, plus a kickoff, midpoint, and closing event
Format: Mentee-led meetings with access to tools, templates, and community support
Fee for WiLD Norway members selected as mentees: 1,500 NOK for mentees (mentors volunteer their time)
Fee for non-members selected as mentees: 3,900 NOK for mentees (includes access to the mentorship program and a discounted 1 year membership to WiLD Norway and access to our events)
Mentors: Volunteer their time (We welcome mentors from within and beyond the WiLD Norway member community. Experienced professionals who align with our mission and values are invited to apply. Selected external mentors will receive access to the WiLD Norway mentorship network during the program.)
Participants will receive:
A complete mentorship toolkit including reflection guides and structured templates
Invitations to onboarding, peer mastermind sessions, and graduation
Ongoing support from the program coordination team
For Mentees
Gain perspective, support, and clarity from someone who has walked part of the road before you. You lead the process. Your mentor listens, reflects, and guides. This is your space to ask, explore, and grow through a supportive professional relationship.
For Mentors
Develop your leadership, reflect on your own journey, and help shape the next generation of talent. You do not need to be perfect. You simply need to be present. Share your experience, help someone navigate their next steps, and grow through the process yourself.
