Event Overview
The second installment of our 2026 Bønes Virik / Kingbird Professional Development Series focuses on building confidence and mastering self-promotion.
Through interactive activities and reflective exercises, you’ll gain practical tools to recognize your unique qualities and communicate them effectively. This session is designed to help you strengthen your self-awareness and present yourself with assurance, whether in professional or personal contexts.
This workshop is open to all Members, irrespective of career stage or future aspirations, with an emphasis on personal growth and development.

Content Overview: Gain insights into the principles of confidence-building and effective self-promotion. Learn strategies for showcasing your skills, experiences, and personal attributes authentically and compellingly.
Skills Development: Participate in co-active exercises that encourage deeper self-awareness and recognition of your strengths. Practice translating these insights into impactful self-promotion techniques for professional or networking environments.
Preparation: Bring your CV and be prepared to present yourself in 90 seconds.
