Event Overview

The second installment of our 2026 Bønes Virik/Birn & Partners Professional Development Series focuses on building confidence, strengthening your networking skills, and learning how to present your value with clarity and authenticity.

Through interactive activities and reflective exercises, participants will explore how to identify their unique strengths, communicate them effectively, and build more meaningful professional connections. The session will move beyond self-awareness alone and place greater emphasis on practical strategies for networking and self-promotion that can be applied in real professional settings.

Whether you are early in your career, exploring a transition, or looking to sharpen how you position yourself as a leader, this workshop is designed to support personal and professional growth at all career levels..

Workshop Details

Content Overview: Explore the foundations of confidence-building, effective self-promotion, and purposeful networking. Learn how to articulate your skills, experiences, and personal strengths in a way that feels authentic, relevant, and compelling across a range of professional contexts.

Skills Development: Participate in exercises that deepen self-awareness and help you define the value you bring. Practice translating those insights into concise and confident ways of presenting yourself, whether in networking conversations, professional introductions, or career development opportunities.

Preparation: Bring your CV and be prepared to present yourself in 90 seconds.

Event & Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made lastest 2 weeks before the event to avoid fees. All those who do not attend without cancelling by the deadline will be charged a 750 NOK no-show fee.

  • Outstanding Invoices: Please note that anyone with overdue invoices will not be admitted to program activities. Make sure your account is up-to-date before the event.
