Fee: Non-Ambassadors: If accepted, a non-refundable participation fee of 750 NOK will apply. Ambassadors can join at no cost as part of the membership.
Program Language: The language of the program will be determined by the majority preference selected during registration, either English or Norwegian.
Seating is limited and registration is required.

This Onboarding is designed to set the stage for ongoing development. The focus is creating a supportive environment for reflection, shared learning, and collective growth. You’ll be guided through:
Understanding the Landscape: Explore the dynamics of leadership culture and identify areas where small shifts can make a big difference.
Defining Engagement: Learn how to show up meaningfully in conversations about inclusion and equality, and how to encourage constructive dialogue in your own networks.
Fostering Collaboration: Work together to identify ways we can create spaces for more equitable decision-making and leadership practices.

Event & Cancelation Terms:
We prioritize spaces for the men in our community to be part of Ambassador events.
Non-Ambassadors: If accepted, a non-refundable participation fee of 750 NOK will apply.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made lastest 1 week before the event to avoid fees. Those who do not attend without cancelling by the deadline will be charged a 750 NOK no-show fee.
Outstanding Invoices: Please note that anyone with outstanding invoices will not be admitted to program activities. Make sure your account is up-to-date before the event.
