WiLD Norway Ambassadors

For men and male-identifying allies
Senior leaders, managers, and those with real influence over culture, hiring, and funding

An Ambassador does the active work of change. You'll receive & develop practical tools to recognise and address bias, collaborate with WiLD Norway Members to co-design solutions, and use your position and networks to shift what leadership looks like across Norway's health & life science sector.

  • Inclusive leadership labs: Small-group workshops and toolkits grounded in real organisational challenges - spot bias, lead equitably, drive change

  • Cross-sector network: Male and female peers across Norway and the Nordics working toward the same goals in health and life science

  • Co-design and collaboration: Work directly with WiLD Members and the WiLD team to build solutions that land inside organisations

  • Mentorship program: Application-based matching for active Ambassadors.

  • Policy and advocacy: Help shape WiLD's policy recommendations on inclusive leadership and women's health across the sector

  • Visibility and voice: Speaking opportunities, spotlight features, and priority access to WiLD events throughout the year

Welcome to the Network!

Terms & Conditions

  • Annual Fee: When registering as a Member or Ambassador, you are automatically billed to the registered email for the annual fee of 3000 NOK at the start of your membership period. This fee ensures immediate access to all membership benefits. Please note that if you cancel your membership after 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.

  • Event Access: While many events are free or included in the membership, some may require an additional fee or be offered at a discounted rate for Members and Ambassadors. Non-members will be charged full price.

  • Mentorship Program: We attempt to carefully match applicants to create the best possible mentor-mentee pairings. Please note that applying does not guarantee a match or acceptance into the Mentorship Program. You must be an active Member or Ambassador to take part in the Mentorship Program.

  • Code of Conduct: Members and Ambassadors are required to maintain a standard of conduct that fosters kindness, respect, and professionalism. Bullying, unkind language, or behavior contrary to our values will result in removal from membership or ambassadorship without refund.
